WaBot is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that provides bulk messaging, chatbots, auto-replies, scheduling, and API access. WaBot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
You acknowledge that automated or bulk use of WhatsApp may result in your phone number being restricted or banned by WhatsApp. You use the Service at your own risk, and WaBot is not liable for any restriction, suspension, or ban applied to your WhatsApp number.
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly, yearly, or one-time for lifetime plans). Trial periods, when offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and contact lists you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaBot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
